By using Proper Good's application, users agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). The application is intended for collecting user information to verify eligibility for free products, samples, and giveaways.
Users interact through a web-app interface to complete forms for promotional goods. There is no provision for user-generated content, reviews, or public profiles.
The app may collect payment information for shipping, handling, or other partial payments for goods and services.
The service is available to users who are at least 18 years old and is limited to residents of the United States.
Users must not create multiple accounts or provide false information. Misuse of the service, including attempts to acquire more goods than eligible for, is strictly prohibited.
Disputes arising under these ToS will be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Proper Good reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
User access may be terminated upon request. To request termination of your account, please email engineering@eatpropergood.com. Proper Good also reserves the right to revoke user privileges and terminate access for violations of these ToS.
